This week the Spanish are back says the Economist. Two newspapers talk about Spanish cuisine. The Economist focuses its view in El Celler de Can Roca, a restaurant located in Girona recently named world´s best restaurant by Restaurant Magazine with three Michelin stars.
The Guardian presents Ferran Adrià exhibition in London. Former chef from el Bulli, closed in 2011, runs a show called the Art of Food from 5 July to 29 September.
The New York Times asks the question that many states in Europe are making to themselves. Are all the cuts really needed? Should the governments stop the cuts and start to expend more money?
